Tourwell sends the first reply to every inquiry. When a family writes back with a question, Tourwell answers from the facts you approve. Your team gets a copy of every message and can take over at any time.

During the trial, families will not get an automatic reply from our form or our CRM.An automatic reply is the email your form or CRM sends right after a family writes, for example "Thank you for contacting us." It is not your out-of-office reply. Not sure? Leave the box empty. Your test inquiry shows it.
