Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 31, 2026

Tourwell is a service of Vegh Labs LLC. This policy explains how we handle information on tourwell.co.

What we collect

When you request a response-time check, we collect your name, community name, website, and work email. Your phone number and text message consent are optional. We also record the request time, browser information, and country.

The live demo collects the name, phone number, email, relationship, and message you enter. We store the demo replies, tour selections, and related times. Demo messages appear on screen only. The demo does not send texts or emails.

When you open a report page, we may record the report link, the time, your user agent, and your country. We may also record a short tag that shows which of our emails held the link. We may also record basic browser request details and the network your request came from (for example, your internet provider). We may record some of these details when you open the trial page from a report. A user agent identifies your browser and device type. Our report request records never include your IP address.

We send information about how visitors use our site to analytics providers, such as PostHog and Cloudflare.

The demo uses a coded network identifier to limit abuse. We do not store raw IP addresses in our application database.

We do not ask for health information. Do not enter diagnoses, medications, or care needs in our forms or messages. If you send health details anyway, we do not use them in replies, and we delete demo messages after 14 days.

For trials and pilots, we process the inquiries a community's website sends us on its behalf, and the replies families send to Tourwell's emails and texts. We use them to reply to families, to answer their questions from facts the community approves, and to pass tour requests and other questions to the community's team.

To prepare a trial, we may read a community's public website and its replies to our test inquiries, and suggest facts from them. The community checks each fact before Tourwell uses it.

When a community turns on texting, we collect its legal name, tax ID (EIN), address, and a contact. We send them to Twilio so carriers can approve the texting number.

When a community turns on texting, we use the phone number a family gives, with their consent, to text about their inquiry. When a family ticks the text box on Tourwell's tour request page or get-texts page, Tourwell uses that mobile number only to text the family about that inquiry. We do not share it for marketing; our messaging provider processes it to send the text.

Families can stop our emails with the link in each email.

How we use information

We use your information to handle your request, prepare your response-time check, answer questions, and schedule calls. We also use it to run the demo, understand report visits, and limit abuse.

If you choose text messages, Tourwell may text you about your request and call scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can request a check without agreeing to texts.

Service providers

We use service providers to run Tourwell. They process information for these services:

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores information in its database.

Google Workspace handles our email.

Twilio handles calls and text messages.

Resend sends and receives these emails.

Anthropic reads the inquiry text to pull out the contact details. When answers are on, Anthropic also reads a family's reply and the community's approved facts to write an answer. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not train its models on this data.

Anthropic generates live demo replies when enabled. It receives the demo first name, relationship, and message.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to load them.

Mobile numbers and text message consent

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Tourwell texts on behalf of the community the family contacted. The texts come from that community's own number. The community is the sender, not a third party. That community's team gets the family's mobile number, a note that the family agreed to texts, and copies of the family's texts and Tourwell's answers, so the team can answer. Twilio delivers the texts, and Resend delivers the emails to the community.

We share information with service providers as needed to run the services described above. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep information

We remove demo inquiries, replies, bookings, and rate-limit records after 14 days through a daily cleanup.

We delete the family's details and messages from our database after 30 days.

We keep coded email and phone identifiers to honor opt-outs. Stop links work for one year.

We delete the business tax ID 30 days after the trial ends, or when the community turns texting off.

Copies the community's team receives are theirs to keep.

Response-time check requests, related emails, reports, and report request records have no automatic deletion schedule. We keep them to handle requests and maintain business records. You can ask us to delete your information.

Ask for deletion

Email west@tourwell.co to ask for a copy of your information or to request deletion. Include the email address you used and enough detail to find your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We may keep records that the law requires us to keep.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date.
