Use of the site and demo
Use the site for lawful purposes. Do not disrupt the site, try to access other visitors' information, or submit harmful content.
Larkfield Gardens is a fictional demo community. Demo replies appear on screen only. The demo does not send texts or emails or book real tours. Do not submit health information. The demo does not provide medical advice.
A response-time check reports what we observe at the time of the check. Results may change. Paid Tourwell services require a separate agreement.
Tourwell SMS program
The program name is Tourwell. If you choose text messages on our form, we send replies about your request and call scheduling. Consent is optional. You can request a response-time check without agreeing to texts.
Tourwell also texts families for the senior living communities it serves. If a family ticks the text box on Tourwell's tour request page or get-texts page, Tourwell texts that family about that one inquiry.

Free trial
The free trial is free. We never ask for a card, and nothing renews. During the trial, Tourwell sends an email reply to families who contact your community through your website form. When a family writes back with a question, Tourwell can answer it from the facts your team approves. Each answer says that it comes from your community's automated assistant. Tourwell also texts families who ask for texts, from your community's own texting number, after carriers approve it. Tourwell sends emails in your community's name, using only the details and facts you give us. You confirm that you may set this up for your community and that the facts you approve are true. Your team gets a copy of every message. Your team stays responsible for the questions Tourwell sends to it, and for all questions about care, openings, and contracts. You can turn answers off at any time on your setup page. The trial ends 14 days after your first counted inquiry, and you can end it at any time by emailing west@tourwell.co. Tourwell owns the texting number. When the trial ends, Tourwell stops texting from it. The data rules in our Privacy Policy apply.
No warranty
We provide the site and demo as available, without warranties, to the extent the law permits. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, Vegh Labs LLC is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits from your use of the site or demo. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
California law
California law governs these terms, except where other laws must apply.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date.
